Had problems with half the trees planted in our development ( over 40). I called twice to have someone to come out and check them. Not even a return call. It has only been about 7 months since they planted. I guess we will look elsewhere. If you like this company, don't ask what I think. Very poor service! Just wanted to update all who read this. Our development has about 42 dead trees. Still no response? I suppose they think, if you don't respond they will go away. Nice way to run a business! Nevermind we are already looking for some reputable companies.
I have no complaints in regards to the project or the landscapers. They were very polite, professional, and the job they performed was satisfactory. However management, customer service, and scheduling was a nightmare. It took over two weeks and no returned calls for someone to come out unannounced to give an estimate. Then a month later after several calls the finally gave a date for the job. Two days before the job, they call and say their coming a day early. After the project was completed the "owner" shows up and wants to increase the original quote after i was told there were no problems. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor, dispite the fact I was paying for their services. I will not be returning to this store for any services or supplies and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Customer service exists here until a problem arises, the you are on your own. In the fall of 2020, Sullivans reseeded my yard and began their yearly lawn service for a fee of approximately $1400. By June of 2021 my lawn was back to it's original condition as the new seeding was basically gone. By the way, my lawn was irrigated. Their field rep responded to my call and agreed with the overall poor condition of my lawn. I was to hear from them in 2 days with options. After 2 weeks of totally ignoring my calls, they emailed a proposal of $750 to reseed my lawn, the same fee as the original seeding! They still have not returned any of my calls. Worst business I have ever been involved with, stands behind nothing.
I have been doing business with this company for at least 5 years; today, however, was a disappointment. I had an encounter with the only person who has been unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. When a customer calls to review a bill, it is not necessary to be rude.This was not the first time. It is in the company's best interest for the person on the other end to be polite and helpful. It is a shame that a company that I like should be tarnished by such shoddy customer service.
Got 3 tons of crushed rock delivered. Price was fair. Driver called before he left to confirm delivery. Dumped stone perfectly in 1/2 of driveway - no stones went on grass. No junk in the stone. Very pleased.
