This place has changed a lot, Now they have some very incompetent employees, First you need a ticket so you can load the material you need, one of the customer service people sent me to load the first time and after I was there another employee sent me to look for the ticket, Today I came back and the same woman told me to carry me without the ticket and I explained to her that without the ticket they will return you to the office. Another girl intervened and gave me the ticket and was ready to help me but the incompetent woman told her that she didn't have to go out, I believe that if a client needs help, the right thing to do is to help. If I could give this place zero I would.
