Call ahead of time to rent a 35ft trailer and was told they would reserve it for me to pick up the next day , upon arrival I was told they do not have 35ft trailer to rent even tho I reserved one? Needless to say they weren’t very helpful in remediating the problem, and even said that no one in central Oregon have that big of a trailer to rent. Clearly some of their employees need to be updated on what’s available to rent and what they don’t offer. Very frustrating and stressful situation.

Had a disagreement on the cleaning fee. They called it a gray area but ultimately they made it right. Appreciate it, I followed their instructions to the letter
