This is the second year I've purchased from Diamond Pond, and I plan to keep coming back. The staff are very friendly; they give you space to shop, but they do check in now and then to make sure you don't need anything. They won't push add-on sales, and are quick to find answers for your questions of that don't know off the top of their head. They offer a good selection of ground and water plants, and their fish are healthy stock. They also seem to genuinely care about the well-being of the fish, which I like. Great place to shop!!

Great prices but really stand out for service. We had to make 5 different trips on a Saturday to get all the trees using a pickup truck. Even tho they were busy they didn’t seem annoyed by the extra time it took to complete the order. The guy even took time to let our 4 year old “fix” his skid steer. We will ALWAYS go to Diamond first.

Don’t hire this company .... we have been warned to hire them to fix our waterfall that had been leaking ... they promised to gave us a warranty and whenever something happen by them they will come and fix it .. but that was it! The first time the came in the messed it and changed its layout and after they left the pump wasn’t working! After long discussion with the owner they changed it at no extra cost (of course!) a week later we found that the waterfall is still leaking ... thankfully they sent different people than who messed it up and they claimed that they fixed it and re-align the liner! Couple of weeks later.. another leak ... they came in and on checking the liner they found a big hole in it !!!! So yes they charged us $1500 and placed a torn liner ! .... they doubled liner on top part and said that was it and it shouldn’t leak again ... then winter came and we turned off and on turning it on it start to leak again ... and since then we have been calling them bragging them to come and check it and when they finally sent someone that found the waterfall DRY! He said he needs to fill it out and would come the next day to check where the leak is coming from ... he didn’t show up for more than 10 days and when I called back he told me he couldn’t come because of the rain and asked if it’s dry yet I told him no ! But don’t you need it to be full?!! He trembled and said oh yea ok I will come in the morning and never show up again ... and when my husband called he told him sorry it’s been more than 6 months already and you are out of warranty so if we came in you will have to be charged ...very bad service, they definitely didn’t know what they are doing and they are now playing games with us. They won’t come cause simply they doesn’t know HOW to fix it! So if you are having a waterfall that costed you thousands to put it, don’t hire these people to do it cause you will be losing money and getting bad, unprofessional service ...
