**1/20/24: Editing my review from 2 stars to 1 star after that canned (8 month late) response from the business. I did reach out to the company, to that EXACT email address, two times in the wake of the issues we had and received no response. We stand by our original review that we will not be using Living Earth again. For good measure, I'm now attaching some photos of the "compost" we received and some of the debris in it. We purchased this for lawn top dressing (as it's advertised), and it was woefully inadequate for that purpose.** They get credit for their pre-purchase customer service and for delivery, but if I could, I'd give 0 stars for quality of their product. We ordered A LOT (25 cubic yards) of compost for our property. When we went to use it, we realized the compost was nowhere near finished, and it hadn't been screened even once. Our compost was filled with large leaves, big sticks/twigs, and trash. At first, I really thought they accidentally gave us mulch. This is compost that's advertised as being ideal for top dressing lawns. I tried reaching out to Living Earth to come to a resolution, and I received no response despite multiple attempts. We'll be needing large amounts of compost at least 2x/year for lawn maintenance, and we'll certainly be getting it elsewhere moving forward.

Good experience all the time. Crew are really friendly and helpful all of them I know Kurt and Carlos for a few years now. This is my go to shop for any mulch soil or broken granite. Keep up with the good work guys. Metro tree service and lawn care. Ben Caracheo.

Great service (in & out in less than 10 minutes) and good blend to fill holes in yard. The price per cubic yard is also excellent.

After them not having black mulch I had to go with the second option which was bags, me with back pain I asked one of the guys in the office if they could help me load them and with a straight face he just answered... NO. I just laughed it off and walked away
