They were out of stock on a specific item we needed for an urgent project, and when we asked if they knew of anywhere else who may carry it, they offered the name of a competitor without hesitation. Advised of color selection available and pricing. Staff was very pleasant and ensured I had what I needed. Loading was efficient and team member was helpful. This is one of those specialized masonary building supply house. They know their products well and are very helpful for nonmasonary novices like myself get exactly what they need for home projects. I also plenty of building contractors go there as well. They are certainly more knowledgeable than those big box stores.
