I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from a team lead name Tamara during my recent visit to your store. I came to the store on Friday 4/25 to retrieve a company business phone that was left behind and just wanted to give her some dates and time of this situation and Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Tamara avoided me for an extended period while I waited in the customer service return lobby for about 20 minutes at the customer service desk. When she finally emerged, she did not acknowledge me and continued with her tasks, even rolling her eyes at me in an unprofessional manner as she passed by. Eventually, one the store manager came out to assist me, which I appreciated. However, Tamara’s behavior during the entire interaction was disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected from someone in a leadership role. I would like to commend a young lady named Natalia, who was very attentive and supportive in assisting me with my issue, She felt really bad about the way I was treated so she stepped up and assisted me until I was assisted. She went out of her way to apologize on Tamara’s behalf, even though it was not her responsibility to do so, showcasing the professionalism that was lacking from Tamara. As a team lead, Tamara should set an example for her team and demonstrate effective leadership. However, her actions did not reflect the qualities expected of someone in her position. I believe she may benefit from additional training in customer relations and leadership, as her current approach is not conducive to a positive customer experience. The only thing I didn't like was ....there were NO carts in the store. They were all outside. The lady working in the alcohol section was very helpful. Thank you
The customer service at this store can and needs to be revisited. My delivery order has been stuck in delay for now two days and after calling for two days a nice gentleman answered and was very helpful but he said he was passing through but when he put the young lady on the phone that apparently works in the pickup/delivery department it was zero understanding with her and all I want is for my order to be canceled because it has been delayed for two day. When in customer service, it's all about the approach and your tone of voice even if the customer may not know. I have canceled my plus subscription and may god bless the customer service skills at this store
Do not order grocery delivery. They can use a 3rd party, in my case it was Uber. The delivery person can say the order was delivered while also leaving it in an on the way status. When this occurs Walmart does nothing but notates the issue after keeping on a call for over an hour just to tell you they can't do anything because it is delivered , but not and after they resolve the status they can issue a refund that can take 10 days to be refunded to your card. So in my case, nothing was delivered, Wal-Mart is keeping $276.00 until they can hopefully mark my order as completed, but I should keep calling back for updates because it it totally reasonable to fail to provide the items and services paid for, keep the money and product, and completely inconvenience the customer while they have to spend even more money to purchase items they have already paid for. As long as the customer is experiencing issues Walmart is unconcerned. Also after speaking to numerous customer service agents for over an hour and a half no one can do anything at all for me just call back tomorrow.
Their pick up system is terrible. They only give you like 4 days to pick up. Sometimes you will go to pick up, and they won’t bring the order out at all. I went this weekend, checked in, waited for 30 minutes, and I called the number on the blue sign. The recording has a message from December 23rd! The next day they cancelled my order. Why? I couldn’t pick it up, because they didn’t bring it out! Let’s not discuss the delivery orders. They systematically “delay” any delivery orders scheduled after 6p. They remain in delayed status for days then they suddenly cancel them altogether.
