They have everything related to concrete. Couldn’t find 30” Sono tubes around the Joplin area. G&H normally has them. White Cap had them in stock. 10 minutes I was out the door.

If it were a possibility to give zero stars, I would. These guys are such a joke. First, they did not order the correct amount of product we asked for and even got one color wrong. Second, they charged us for sealer and acid wash; when I went to pick up the product they told me they never ordered that because we didnt pay for it. They then could not locate my order in the computer so I had to drive home and get my receipt to show them what was the correct amount and products that were supposed to be ordered. They tried to argue about refunding me on the product they did not order. They finally agreed after some heated discussion to give me a refund. It took them over a week to get me my refund. Third, they recommended product without really truly knowing what it does. I called to see if they had another color to get the job done and look halfway decent and they guy laughed at me over the phone. I am really not one to give negative review, I always try to find a positive in a business but this time I couldn't.

I needed to return an unopened, unused product. I was charged a 20% restocking fee. I understand this for a large, commercial order. I was returning ONE bag and a ONE gallon jug of product. It took less than one minute to pick up the bag and replace it on the shelf. This was not until after the man had to look at the bag to make sure it wasn’t opened or torn or somehow unusable (which he did and a very rude and condescending manner). I will not return here nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Sales staff is poorly experienced with their products... knows nothing about the industry...

Called yesterday morning for price on rebar and wire mesh panels. Gave one price and wouldn't honor the same price next morning. Will never go back or reccomend them. Buyer beware.. bad business and was very rude.
