Triangle Landscape Supplies, Apex

I have picked up many 1 yard loads of compost and mulch at the Apex location. I have been pleased with all the products. I can't get delivery due to their restrictions. They seem to be good people. The only issue I have had is the long line of big pickups with dump trailers which clog up the limited space in front. I've been blocked in several times. They really should fix the traffic through the site especially for the dump trailer rigs.

Been using TLS for years for our mulch...they deliver on time (and call in advance to let me know they're on the way), and have very high-quality triple shred (fresh, no bad experiences with weeds). They've also become my go-to place to get pine straw...very fresh and very little debris. Recently I needed about a bucket full of slate chips to fill in a spot in our stone steps, and they just let me go fill it up...no charge...very nice of them.

I routinely run by with a dump trailer to pick up mulch for myself, school site volunteer projects, and family/friends—-nice staff and good facilities to complement the great products. Thanks for being around in multiple locations, using a dump trailer to dump the load is so much easier than shoveling by hand!

Triangle’s driver came at 7:08. Called once, did not knock, and instead of dumping in the huge gap I left him in front of my house, he dumped it in front of a fire hydrant in front of my neighbor’s house. Triangle Landscaping Supplies, Apex said the driver told them a woman drinking coffee wearing a brown sweater in my driveway gave him a thumbs up. A) It’s 75 degrees B) No one in my house drinks coffee C) None of the women in my house were home or awake. Sheila at TLS says there is nothing they can do. Thanks for the great customer service!!

From the Front Office to the Materials being loaded In the yard as well as Delivery Service I have had nothing less then 5 Star service from TLS Apex. Great group of people who care about the customer and are always willing to accommodate the customers needs. If you are not getting your materials from TLS Apex then you need to start today!!!!!
