Steam On Wheels LLC

Mark and his crew at Steam on Wheels just completed what we thought was a collapsed sewer line. Upon investigation with their camera and jetting the line. We found an old service line with a bad sweep. Dug it up and replaced sweep. Very competent with the right equipment to do the job. Really enjoyed working with them.

Tried a 10 min solution, which did NOTHING to fix the problem, charged full price and kept making excuses. M.O. seems to be to say they have a camera that should be arriving soon and they will come back to finish the job…then they stop returning phone calls. Called Roto Rooter..it was a simple hair/grease block and they fixed the situation before leaving, cheaper too! Asked around and others in town have had same experience. Super shady!

I’ll contact Steam on Wheels first from here on out for any work I need done that they offer services for. Our drain line to our septic froze and was slowly backing up into the house, filling the tub, toilet, etc. We had a unique situation as our drain clean out is in the house as opposed to outside. A different company came over first and told us that we were screwed, he had no option but to flood our bathroom and house with hot water and sewage, and that it would “ruin” the bathroom and we’d have to gut it. I contacted Shawn with Steam, and even with having a busy day scheduled already he made it out same day. He kept me updated throughout the day when we could expect him to arrive. When he showed up he talked us through options and solutions, and when he began jetting the drain, no water came back up into the house! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ll use Steam on Wheels and Shawn again in the future.

I had 3 dead trees in my front yard that were right next to my house; One more good wind and one of them would have landed over the living room. Steam on wheels came to the rescue and did a phenomenal job taking them down and out. My yard looks amazing! It’s so open; They cleaned up every branch, leaf, and twig, and now there is no more stress of house damage. Thank you team for a phenomenal, and amazingly quick, job!

Not happy, they came and shot water through my pipes, charged $300, said they would be back with a camera. After numerous calls and a week later, nothing. Called the other guys and was fixed in 20 min. Talking to other people , this has happened to at least 3 people I know.
