They came out and looked at my situation with grading, basement walls bowing and water in the basement, then I never heard back. A week later I sent the Project Estimator James Knight a text to see if they still wanted to quote the job but got no response. I will say it was a scary project and I can understand if they didn't want to take it on but would have liked follow-up. They did seem knowledgeable.

The crew at Grounds One has always been professional to deal with as a customer and a contractor. They always treat their customers like a member of the company/family and their work is nothing less than awesome.

Moe was very informational to the business structure of the different branches of company.
