Very easy process. I had to fill in gaps in my landscaping according to HOA so I went down to the site and picked out which rocks I wanted and set up for delivery. I ordered 1.5 tons and it was the perfect amount. Unfortunately the cost of delivery was more than the cost of my rocks but I had no other choice. The man who delivered the rocks to my home was very sweet and kind.

Nothing but impressed. Mike Flanagan delivered my rock and he was kind but also really helpful. He helped figure out a good place to dump it and did a great job on my narrow street. I would absolutely use them again!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I went looking for some new gravel for a drainage ditch we just dug and the very cute girl that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly helping me choose which direction to go with irrigation gravel. If you are looking for any type of material Pioneer carries I would highly recommend these folks.

We're putting in a new driveway and wanted to view some of the products. ALEX was awesome! Very knowledgeable, personable, and even tho they didn't have everything out, after their move, she made sure we got to see what we needed and answered all of our questions.

I can’t thank this store enough for how incredible their team is! Eddie and Randy went above and beyond for us. I have a newborn baby and toddler ant home, and Eddie hand delivered several samples for us to view. Beyond thoughtful and much appreciated. Likely not something they typically do, but the extra mile was more than appreciated. The product and quality is amazing, thank you! We love our patio tile!
