Historically I am not a big U-haul fan, but these guys are amazing. Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and very fast and efficient. They are so good, I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them for any and all moving needs in the future. Keep up the good work!

The staff have been great. One should be aware that the local U-haul opperator is not a reflection of the larger company. I returned a trailer after hours which I had been told would not be a problem and was dinged for an extra day as well as a $20 service charge for ????? nonexsistent afterhours service??? Moral of the story? Don't pay double for your rig...be strict.

Picked up a U-haul truck. Another person was being help with a trailer hook up, so we had to wait. Attendance was unable to find the coupon we were to use, but could of been another person's fault where the coupon came from. Just be aware if you do have a coupon. They have some moving supplies, but I didn't see much. Boxes mostly, not much else. Attendant was very helpful. He had to wait for us to find someone that knew about the coupon. We did not, so unable to get discount. Would go again if I needed to move.

Staff is incredibly dishonest. I was dragged along for months while they went back and forth including a site inspection for delivery. Once the quote was provided and I called to schedule it, the owner said he’d call me back and never did. Several more weeks pass, I call again to get the project started and they say they can’t do it. Completely unprofessional company.
