I needed a truck load of sand for a pool set up and it was so easy with Gagne & Son. I called them to place my order, paid over the phone, they arranged the delivery quickly and called to let me know when they were filling the truck up and headed my way. I reached out to two different locations on more than 3 occasions each and never heard back from either location. I simply requested a quote for pavers and after initially acknowledging my emails, they ignored repeated follow ups. Just unacceptable customer service. I went to Genest and received a quote and placed a significant order very promptly. It’s a no brainer for me. I will use Genest for all my hardscape and landscaping needs going forward.

I had done business with Gagne & Sonback in the 1980's. He remembered me when I went inside and got some cement blocks. Nice to see them again
