I love this business. They have always had what I needed at affordable prices. The customer service is and always has been fantastic.

I don’t know how this business operates without the standards of any reputable business. My brother called and talked with a woman multiple times to discuss the price of top soil and to see if it’d be cheaper to rent a trailer and pick it up himself, or to have it delivered. They explicitly stated that it would be $121 and change for both product and delivery. He clarified this 2 separate times and agreed to it. The driver shows up and shows him a ticket for $196. My brother tries to see what’s up and the ticket says it was $121 just for delivery fees, so he told the driver to give him a minute while he called the offices and tried to find out what happened. They tried telling him that he was wrong in the prices then said it’s “$128 for delivery,” with me standing right there. They then said my brother could decline the product and not pay. My brother sent them on their way and called again after he calmed down enough to deal with them again, when he called he asked “do you guys record calls for customer assurance, because you can look back on my call history and know for a fact I’m telling the truth” and they straight up said no and again repeated the price as “$128.” In a business that runs on word of mouth and tickets, they could simply record calls for everyone to have an easier time, especially when the people are giving quotes that are inaccurate. When we called around to other businesses they were so much more reasonable, professional, and they gave it to you cut and dry on how to get this project taken care of.

I purchased 4 yards of top soil plus to be delivered. What I received was a pile of top soil loaded with hard packed clay lumps, some up to 6 inches in diameter. I’ve tried wetting it down, drying it out. Nothing works. I have to break up 4 yards of lumps. Never again…
