A person named Jay was so rude and didn’t feel like helping me at all from the way dealing with my stone posts order; though another person i think he was a manager was so friendly and nice helped me get my project looking great.

10/10 Great Service. No matter how big or how small the job or customer, they treat you right.

Very disappointed. Twice they’ve made deliveries without calling first all the while saying they did. They’ve tried to deliver on wrong day only for me to tell them to look at the printed order. Tried their firewood, yeah that looks like it’s been sitting in a pile rotting for a year and a half. They were great at one time, unfortunately I think they’ve gotten too big for their own good. Time to find a new small local business that wants my business.

Avoid using these guys at all costs. The will push blame on everyone else and take no responsibility. I ordered 20 yards of pine bark mulch from them. This mulch is completely different then the previous 80 yards I've ordered. They have significant consistency issues. The manager Maurice said quote " I don't check every spec of mulch" and "Call G-Lopes that's where we get our mulch from". If the mulch was even close I wouldn't be complaining but its completely different. He actually blamed G-Lopes and said they didn't "Cook" it enough because the demand is so high... This shouldn't be my problem. There is plenty of other better places to get material.
