Valley sand and gravel has been such a pleasure to work with. Time and time again they do what they say, when they say it. Thanks to a solid machine they had ready for me, I was able to meet my clients demands again! Thank you Kris, and all those who support they great work at Valley!

I ordered 700 yards of screened dirt for landscaping mounds and a new road. Semi trucks came in a steady stream for over a week. I dealt with many different drivers. The experience was a tremendous one! Everyone went above and beyond to dump each load exactly where I wanted them. The crew was always upbeat and conscientious. I do NOT recommend Valley Sand and Gravel, LLC. They proposed a mine in a housing area and don’t seem to care about the damage it will cause to the community.

Drivers don’t cover loads, pull out from yard without coming to a complete stop. Expect you to allow them to own the road. Caught two doing 45 on a 35 mph rd . Worse drivers ever

Phone service to even book a delivery was incredibly aggressive and reactive. Accused me of having an attitude for asking if she was able to describe the options they had for a specific size of rock due to my work schedule and their business hours being noncompatible. Didn't even get to the ordering due to the aggressive nature of the personel. May be awesome, but couldnt even get through the gauntlet of the phone call to support the rest of the business. Call with caution.
