Simply Mulch

Asked for top soil and got something more like reclaimed dirt road. Put water to it and it's just clay water runs off and doesn't absorb. Not real good for garden beds. Maybe at least explain what you want it for.

08/24/2024 Just a homeowner. Went to Simply Mulch to pick up a load of rock with my trailer. Rock got loaded in my trailer. I motioned the operator to level off the peak, which was above the side rails and he just waved me off. Went back to the office to question why operator did not level off rock and waved me off. The lady at the office acted surprised and said she would inquire. Here is where it gets good. We were in motion leaving the office. Operator comes up the hill as I was leaving driving straight toward my truck, gave me the impression he was going to run into us, pulls beside us and stops me. Angrily he states, "you got a problem with the way I loaded the trailer". So I go through the explanation again about leveling off the peak. He states, "We are not allowed to do that for insurance reasons". I stated that ALL the other times the operator smoothed off the top. He goes through his explanation again and ends it with "We'll I'll just take it for what it is". So, by this time I'm getting in rare form and repeat the ending statement back to him. I will really think hard before I go back and will seek product elsewhere first.

Looking for stone for a patio. They had it. Looked good. Still shopping around for better price. Had lots of different kinds and colors.

After calling all of the options in and around BG for a load of driveway gravel we opted to use Simply Mulch because of the great costumer service. They consistently seem busy, with continuous phones ringing and they never made me feel rushed, or seemed annoyed by all the questions. Every associated I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable about their products.We placed our order on Friday, and it was scheduled for delivery the next business day, they called before leaving the business, and showed up when expected. The driver did an amazing job spreading the gravel while he dumped it. We had minimal work to do, because he did such a great job! This is the only place we get our mulch and will be the our go to spot for gravel.

Ive used them for years. Great prices and selection, I did however have a issue with the last purchase I made. After reading some of these reviews I was hesitant to call and discuss the problem. Long story short they were easy to work with, corrected the issue, and more than made up for it.
