Kickapoo Sand & Gravel

Bought sand gravel and backfill from Faith for two patios. I've never felt more comfortable dealing with customer service. Family oriented with gentleness. I've had ideas and Faith is willing and able to recommend the best product for the job. Especially if it saves me money. If there's an issue, Faith will make it right.

Kickapoo Sand & Gravel did an outstanding job with a recent gravel delivery and spread on gravel lane at our house. From our initial contact, scheduling and delivery, our expectations were exceeded…highly recommend.

I recently called Kickapoo Sand and Gravel to get a price for white rock and I was appalled at the way I was treated. I was told by the employee that they would not deliver to me because the last time I got white rock from them (at least 5 years ago) the delivery driver wrote down on my sales ticket that I was “mean to him”! What are we in grade school here?? It took me a minute to recall that delivery but I finally remembered that they did a horrible job and dumped big sections of the rock in huge piles when they were supposed to have tailgated and spread it down the driveway. Instead I had to use shovels and rakes and it took me several days to spread the rock out when I had already paid them to spread it. So they refused me service when they did a horrible job to begin with! I have no idea how they stay in business especially when they treat their customers like that. Also, a tandem load of white rock is almost $1000. The prices are way higher than anyone else I’ve contacted If you’re smart, you’ll use someone else.

I’ve had two great experiences with this company. They are hard-working and provide great communication. I’m very thankful for their service.

We called to have sand delivered and they were prompt to answer and respond, they were willing to make the trip but we were quite the distance away, because of this the owner called back and actually recommended places nearby that might work better for us. She took the extra time to help us out and I cannot thank them enough. Customer service is top notch, for that reason alone I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate Faiths kindness and all the help she provided to us!
