Thank you for ordering 2 pallets of St Augustine sod and having it ready for me to pick up on the promised date. I did not realize that a pallet of sod is so dense and heavy, I figured 1000 lbs. to 1500 lbs. per pallet at the most, probably more like 2000 lbs. to 3000 lbs. per pallet. The 1st pallet was ok on my trailer, the 2nd way overloaded the 5’x12’ 3500 lbs. rated single axle trailer. Made it 60 miles from home of the 150-mile 1 way trip but blew and changed 1 tire to a spare, damaged the other tire too from overloading the trailer tires. I know now to use one of my tandem trailers if I get more than 1 pallet of sod again. Set the sod out in a dormant state the end of February, it is starting to green up.

Jake and his family owned business provide exceptional product and service. Over the years they have expanded the operations perhaps 3x. You can get everything needed to make a beautiful landscape and garden. We use their Zoysia grass and Cyprus mulch at our HOA community. Easy in, easy out. Great crew.

Worst customer service ever. We spent thousands of dollars with this place last year. We came back because we needed a little bit more rock to fill in some spots in my yard. We go in and ask for 2 -50 lb bags of bahama lime stone rock. The lady rings us up and hands us two bags. We look at her, she looks at us like we should k ow what to do with the bags. She says here you go. You take the bags out and fill them up yourself. Really? Me as a women I am suppose to go out and shovel 2 50 lb bags of rock myself. I asked where is it even at it's not labeled. Oh it's on the side there. Do u need a shovel? We'll of course how else am I going to put it in the bag. I go out just stand there trying to find the stone and a shovel. No one out there to help. I had to go find a guy just sitting in a truck doing nothing. He said oh well the stone is over there, I will try to find u a shovel. Well thanks. I kept looking around finally found a shovel. Just bad bad bad customer service. This is the type of thing that will shut a business down. I will not be returning here to purchase anything ever again.

This place is amazing. The team was incredible! They are knowledgeable and helpful, and this helped me, as a business owner, do the right thing for my client. My plan when I walked into All Seasons would have failed miserably. Thanks, All Seasons Team, for making me look good!!!
