Albuquerque gravel products is in violation of codes from MSHA/mine Safety Health Administration and New Mexico regulations and codes. In general, rock crushers and concrete batch plants must be at least 440 yards (approximately 402 meters) away from residential areas, schools, and places of worship. Additionally, there are minimum distances from property lines, often ranging from 200 to 300 feet. These residents near Albuquerque gravel products are being exposed to harmful pollutants that could cause silicosis or other lung related issues over time. Their plant needs to be moved! Horrible horrible customer service!!! The guy taking the order messed up and only put my order with 3 yards of concrete after I specifically said I needed 3 and 3/4. They refused to acknowledge this and still said we can send it but you have to pay for the full yard. There is definitely lack of accountability and they were very dismissive. I don't recommend you buy from them, go with someone that cares for their customers. They didn't even try to ammend their issue, they just want to charge more and blame it on me. This ain't my first rodeo ordering and their blatant disregard to correct their mistake is unacceptable. -Mario
Terrible company with no concern for others on the road or their property. Never trust a company that can't take accountability, find another business.
No concern for neighborhood or community loud trucks at 4 am rolling through neighborhood on low gear when there is side access spoke to so called manager started talking over me with my concerns, tacky and said they would do it again tomorrow. I wouldn't do business with a company that doesn't express concern just like previous comments rude and zero customer service.
Terrible customer service. Lady at the front very nice. Good luck getting Ernie off his butt to help a potential paying customer.
