We are happy with Marinelli. Have not had any issues. Charlie is the person who always helps me and my contractor. He along with the other staff are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and always helpful. They take the time to listen to you and hear you out, especially, being a woman needing to order materials when your contractor is unavailable. Any time we have needed stone for our project, even with a last-minute phone call, Charlie has always been willing to try to accommodate us to help take of our needs. They will even give you a call half hour before delivery so that you know exactly when the materials will arrive at your property. Will continue to use their services again and definitely would recommend them.

We purchased a couple of 80lb concrete stone for a Driveway project here and Saved a massive amount of money By going to A. Marinelli and Sons. Their prices per bag were much more reasonable than even any Home improvement store. They were kind enough to assist us with loading the bags in our pickup truck for hauling. Though we probably purchased a small order compared to our project at least we now know of a reasonable company to purchase our supplies from now. Customer service was exceptional when we visited. The clerk at the window took good care of us and explained how the process would go and where to get our supply. At the end of the day it's small businesses like this that prove they are willing to conduct more reasonable business than even a home improvement store with jacked up prices that are meant to trick the unsuspecting customer into believing they are the only supplier of building/ masonry supplies.

Delivery drivers are really nice & listen to your comments & concerns but the staff themselves are not. Unless you are an actual construction worker they do not treat you the same way when you order items. They question what you are getting which I don’t understand if i’m giving you money for your service and products whats the need to question it? They forgot many things in my orders and when I call back they have an attitude. I ordered a bunch of items but they were always one short on everything but their customer service was so horrible you don’t even want to call or go back to get the item.

Left me waiting for a concrete delivery. An hour after the truck was due at my job site I called to see what the ETA was and I was told by dispatch the truck had not even been loaded to leave yet. Meanwhile im waiting, paying guys to sit and wait as well. Thanks alot.

Bought two tons of stones for under my deck and surrounding patio. First of all, they dumped it on the side of my house, I needed it behind my house. Then, as it dumped- there was a ton of dirt and fines. Delivery guy said: “it’s normal”. As my guy is shoveling it, he asked where I got it because the stones under the top layer were/are filthy and in a ton of dirt and composite. Love the color of the stones, once they are rinsed clean from all the dirt.
