Excellent customer service! I had provided the wrong stone for my order. Not only did the driver call to verify where to drop the stone, I was able to work with Kevin in the office to have the wrong stone returned and the correct one brought in its place. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had the correct product. Many thanks!

I was aerating and over-seeding lawn and asked for the best soil. Have purchased soil many times in the past from AA Will. After over-seeding and watering daily, grass wasn’t growing and soil was rock solid; think it had a lot of sand and small pebbles in it. Anyway, I bought bags of soil somewhere else and reseeded (cost me another $80 and more time). When I went back to AA Will to buy mulch (hosting Thanksgiving), I mentioned the problem with the soil I purchased. Given, it was weeks later…but i would have thought at least a small discount $10 or $20 off my new order as a gesture. No; nothing! They asked if I had called to complain; I said “no, I’m letting you know now.” Another higher level person heard conversation and waved me off; I left and am now doing business with another supplier. No loss for them as I only spend a few hundred a year there; but guess they get so much business from businesses they don’t need mine! Bye AA BAD SOIL! Picture is three weeks after planting and watering daily; it never got better!

I've used A A Will in the past for other projects using their bulk materials. I never had an issue. I just ordered 'compost' and while working with it, came across glass, rubber, plastic, metal...trash. Called and shared pictures of what they considered compost and was told they would follow up. That resulted in me basically being SOL. The first pile of sticks, rocks, and trash is from a couple of wheelbarrow screening. Every screening has trash in it. I wouldn't buy compost or loam from them based on this experience.

Called at 730-am and BY 8:45am My MULCH WAS Delivered to Brockton….. The company is truly fast, friendly, Super efficient any contractor or DIY ppl in between, Need it fast 💨, call them and nobody else…. Highly highly recommend !! Thanks for everything, I will be definitely using you in the future - jeff
