Excellent service and follow through! I called and spoke with Daniel Futrell about an orchard ladder. He was busy helping another customer, but took my number and returned the call as promised. When I called back the next day, he answered the phone, but was busy helping a customer again. As promised he returned my call a second time and processed payment for the ladder. He followed through again (the third time) by emailing a copy of the paid invoice. I’m highly impressed. He followed through 3 out of 3 times. In today’s world that’s rare and refreshing. Thank you SiteOne and Daniel for a great customer experience!

I stopped in today to get information of patio construction & materials. At least 2, maybe 3, employees were talking on their phones. No one bothered to acknowledge my presence. A simple "I'll be with you in a minute" would have sufficed. Instead, I was ignored. I left and don't plan to return.

Never had a problem being helped or waited on. Everyone here has been friendly and very helpful. Any questions I have had they knew the answer. I was buying my stuff from agri supply.....not any more. Thanks guys
