MDI Rock

I've been here a few times now for a huge landscaping project. Every time so far has been good. Usually good prices and customer service is average. Unfortunately I stopped by today to pick up some bags of rock to finish a project and realized I didn't have my shovel. I asked to use one of theirs as one was sitting right outside the door. I was told they are not letting people use them because people have walked off with them. I found this ridiculous since i could have left them a DL to prevent this. 2 stars for horrible customer service and they dont really care about the small consumer.

Fair prices quick delivery, but 1/2" minus is more than 50% dirt. Unless you're looking more for a dirt rock mix for a driveway, do not get that size from them for any landscaping use, you will be disappointed.

I had a great experience with MDI out of Phoenix. They answered their calls promptly and were very patient and helpful, also prices beat the competition. Strongly recommend.

Got 7 tons of Gravel delivered today. The delivery driver Reese was very friendly and helpful. There pricing is very good as well. I started at another landscaping company down the street and felt the price was more than it should be after I ordered. My Spidey sense was correct - I called MDI and it was substantially less so I canceled my other order. Great day - except for shoveling 7 tons of rock in my yard with my Dog Scout supervising! :)

People who work there are knowledgeable. Prices are excellent. Delivery or pickup by you or your landscaper happens without a hitch. Second time we’ve used them. Excellent company use for rock.
