I like Menards it's huge tons of stuff I go for a cleaner called miracle mist it's hands down the best shower cleaner I have ever used I had gotten a little lazy when cleaning the shower and couldn't get it cleaned properly I tried everything all the youtube so called hacks spent a small fortune on cleaners then I found this stuff I could not believe it I sprayed the shower came after 10 mins or so and it was clean didn't even touch it so if your having the same problem try it it's only around 10 bucks it will be the best money you ever spend it does have a strong smell so make sure you have so ventilation

If you want the worst customer service and door dings from a 1 person car space go here. The guy helping me didn't care about me or life and seemed stoned. Tried to price match from Home Depot and they just didn't seem to care and was very rude about it. Didn't end up getting a price match even though it was a large bulk order. Guy just didn't care and Menards is to big to care about there customers it seems. I'm sure Home Depot would've found a way. I just didn't want to unload all my stuff and go-to Home Depot to save $50. Not worth my time. Menards is a place to go for trucks but has parking spaces for a small 1 person ev car. Get ready for door dings. I have never seen parking spots this tiny in my life. 2 inches on each side of the truck. Just sad when someone pulls up beside you. Lost a valuable customer. If you have the option just go to Home Depot and save a headache if you need customer service

If there was a negative option, I would have chosen it in a heart beat. We did a Garage Design & Build project which was supposed to include all the building materials according to the design that you complete on Menards Design site. We had many incorrect and missing materials that resulted in many trips, calls, and headaches with Menards. One of the items was not getting the correct amount of f-channel to finish the outside of the garage. When we went to Menards to try and get this corrected, they not only couldn’t find the order, but the “Manager” that was called to help us was so unbelievably rude and incompetent we ended up leaving very upset and having to pay for the missing product ourselves. The manager’s name was Bryce and he chose to waste our time by not only argue with us about whether we were correct about not receiving the right amount of f-channels, but also went out in the yard to physically count all of their to see if they had “extra.” This so called manager shouldn’t be managing anything because he will do everything possible to lay blame on the customer and waste company resources in doing so. The company that Menards goes through for the door items is called Ideal Door Garage Doors. They sent us two different springs for the garage door even though they were the same company that sent the garage door in the first place so they knew the weight and size. Our contractor tried installing the springs given and after multiple adjustments was not able to get it to fit and function according to the instructions given with the door kit. We had to hire a professional specialty garage door installer to diagnose and fix the issue which was due to Ideal sending the incorrect springs for the weight and size of the door. They were two different sizes and weights given. This resulted in us having to go back to Menards and figure out the correct ones on our own, and have the specialty service come back out to install the correct ones. Both Menards and Ideal customer service was non-existent and the worst we have ever dealt with. We tried reaching out to Ideal directly to remedy getting a refund for the incorrect springs and sending them back because Menards flat out refused to do anything. They continued to waste our time with more and more requests through email for the same information and order specifications that we provided when we reached out in the first place. Menards Design and Build and Ideal Garage Doors are the worst companies to attempt to communicate with and try to get to actually perform their job at all. The only one we liked was the initial Build clerk named Gina that tried to help us but didn’t have the authority to be able to follow up, which ended in having to deal with “Manager”-Bryce. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go with a local and reputable company for your products don’t go through Menards or Ideal Door Garage Doors or anyone that does business with them for your build plans.

I've pretty much boycotted this place since they made me buy a mask to spend money there. Today sealed the deal. There's no reason you can't allow pets in your place. Unfortunately they're big enough that they probably won't go under. But one can always hope. Fortunately there's better and more thought out stores like Lowe's and home Depot nearby. And quite honestly if you've ever seen their lumber you'd understand why anybody who knows better doesn't shop here
