Don’t bother going here for your landscape materials because their customer service sucks! I have purchased landscape materials from them over the past 10 years but never again! I arrived at their yard and entered their office at 3:35 PM. Their closing time is posted as 4:00 PM. No one was behind the counter. I rang the customer bell several times but no one came to the counter. I walked to the back of the office where a woman was sitting at a desk. I asked if I could get some help. She asked if I had rang the bell, and I told her several times—4 times to be exact. I had brought samples of the rock I needed, which I had previously purchased from them in the past. Apparently, she didn’t know anything about their product, but she said someone was just coming into the office who would know. He looked at it and said it’s probably Apache red but it could also be Sedona red. At this point it was 3:38 PM. When I asked where the rock was located, so I could look at it first before selecting which of the two it could be, he said to me, “just so you know, I stop loading rock at 3:45 PM.” Apparently, he didn’t want my business, which is too bad because I was going to get 3/4 ton loaded into my Dodge Ram diesel 2500 Laramie. I said thank you and walked out. As I drove out of the yard at 3:40 PM, I noticed the gate was already half way closed. Apparently, the staff at Rock & Roll stop working at 3:40 PM even though their closing time is posted as 4:00 PM. If I had received the courtesy of customer service, I would have been able to get my rock and leave the yard well before 4:00 PM. For now on Pioneer Landscaping will get all my business.

I went here to select some gravel from my yard and the two ladies at the front office could not have been more helpful! They made sure I got exactly what I needed and were super informative on answering all my questions. The gravel was delivered without a hitch and Frank, the driver, got it dumped right where I wanted it to go. All around great crew and great facility here. Plus their prices were the best too!

Super easy to work with. Frank has done two deliveries for me, and has been spot on each time. They’ve had the rock supplies that I need and have reasonable delivery and product prices.

You must go here first! We got two tons of rock to refresh our yard. Very, very reasonable price and very, very reasonable delivery fee. In fact, many rock places won't deliver "small" loads like ours. Lisa and Melissa in office were efficient and helpful. Delivery guy Frank was perfect, too, delivering the day after we paid. We will definitely be back for future projects. Thanks!
