Scheduled a load to be delivered at 10 am and said please don’t come early b/c have a strict schedule. They came 30 mins early. Well worked around that only to find out they couldn’t dump in two separate locations or dump while rolling. Driver ADMITTED to being inexperienced. And said she couldn’t dump but at one spot. So 10tons of gravel has to now be wheelbarrowed all the way to end of driveway....a good 75 yards...called company and they argued with me about driver being experienced. Then said next time tell us you want it dumped in more than one area so we can accommodate you better...there won’t be a next time!
