Cathy Matthews was very helpful and definitely did some research in helping to answer questions and helping me to understand some rather confusing paperwork on 12/20/2024, much appreciated. Overall, order acknowledgement receipts are pretty good, but I have had to call for actual payment receipts on several occasions. System glitch?

My husband and I visited Mutual Materials (Port Orchard) last year and were there with a salesperson approx. 2 hours in super hot heat! He never once acted like we were keeping him from anything...and was very professional, kind and helpful. Although we didn't purchase our large order needed then..we are ready this summer. The price..although has gone up..it is only slightly..pleasantly surprised and eager to get started. Highly recommend.

I ordered a couple pallets of stacking stone to build a wall in my backyard. After visiting the showroom and making our selection I called the order in. The salesperson (Cathy) was very helpful, and after checking inventory, helped finalize the order. Payment was easy and a follow up email included the order and invoice. Delivery was scheduled during the call and a number of acceptable delivery dates were offered. All and all a seamless process for us. Thank you!

Communicated with customer service on availability of a product my local Mutual Materials location no longer had in stock. Cathy Matthews of customer service was great, responded quickly to my email and provided information about where I could find the product and was willing to help me procure if from a distribution center that typical could not handle retail sales.
