Great place and super customer service. My wife was trying to buy some rocks for her sister. She was clueless but they were able to steer her in the right direction. Easy peasy.

EDIT: Spoke with the manager, Taylor, had a new person speak with me that didn't understand my needs etc. Regardless they returned my money for me spending several days and picking out sticks and potentially having to replace my bed knife on my mower. (not equivalent in value returned) - Gained a star back from me but still my inconvience Just Got an order From Minick , Was supposed to be a rich soil that was “screened”. I asked specifically if it was a fine screened product that didn’t have sticks in it because I use a reel mower. They told me it was. I have now spent several days pulling sticks out of my yard. Will not use another “screened” product from Minnick

I haven’t made a purchase yet because I’m still lookin around. I was in there last week, and the small girl at the counter was plenty helpful when I came in looking for some flagstone! Walked me through the process a little bit, and even told me some stuff I didn’t know, like putting fabric down first. I got a nice run down on the crushed rock to bind it all together, and what she didn’t know, the others did. She said her name was Shay. One of the best customer service reps I've ever had an experience with.
