A misunderstanding occurred on what specific type of product I wanted delivered. When I called to explain why I wasn't accepting the product, the owner completely blew up on me. I was willing to negotiate the misunderstanding but he was completely angry with me and hardly let me talk. In his own words with full volume said, " I DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU, DON'T CALL ME EVER AGAIN! "! He could have spoken to me normal and calm as I was with him the whole time but he chose to be rude. Poor customer service.

We received a charge on our credit card from this company. I called and asked why we are seeing this charge on our card since we live in Colorado and had never used Villalva Sand and Gravel. The owner checked into it and said that somehow our credit card was mistakenly put into their system on a charge. We had no sign of card theft. The owner apologized and said he would send us a check to reimburse us and he did. Very honest company!

Did not purchase the gravel I need yet but very helpful and informative customer service
