Interacting with their customer service feels more like a burden than a service. The representative behaves as if speaking with customers is a favor rather than a responsibility. She seems eager to end the call as quickly as possible, avoiding questions and showing little interest in genuine conversation. Basic courtesies like 'thank you' or 'sorry' appear to be completely absent from her vocabulary.

My husband went to get a load of gravel for our driveway. He was met with an unfriendly attitude and downright unprofessionalism from the owner. When he asked about prices, he was told to leave. Do not go here if you don’t like being cussed out for basic inquiries.

Apparently asking questions is a problem for this establishment, my wife and I received an awful treatment, they Yell because we were trying to get a quote for different materials, and then a gentleman ""if I can say so of that person"" yelled bad words to my wife with no reason. I do not recommend this place to anyone, maybe the Lord can change the heart of this person as we pray for him, in the mean while be careful because the no so gentle individual that answered the call would give you an awful treatment. VERY BAD COSTUMBER SERVICE.

This is my second time getting asphalt millings delivered. The driver did an excellent job spreading the loads on my driveway. Highly recommend.

This place has the worst customer service i have ever received, I'm a business owner my self and i can't comprehend why they treat their customers such a way. Take your business elsewhere.
