Kristy Ward was amazing. From walking in the front door to leaving Very kind and professional. She explained the steps after checking out which made it so easy to maneuver where I needed to go and the next person I needed to see when picking up my materials. An excellent experience!!

I had a bad experience with a delivery. One time and left a review that was not a very high recommendat however the manager contacted me and another manager contacted me and said to take pictures. Send them to them and tell them what I want them to do and they would do it. However i did not have him to fix it. I just get a fixed it myself. But they were very professional very courteous. And was wanting to make me happy. We have been doing business with this company for years. And now I see that the managers do care about the business they are professionals. I highly recommend them. Buy your supplies or have them to deliver your concrete. Thank you, Fayetteville block for taking care of your customer's.
