NOT TOP SOIL! Great place, great people. They have a lot to offer. Just beware off their bulk soil when doing any lawn/garden work. Found several pieces of glass and plastic. Good fill dirt, just avoid using as topsoil for lawn. 4/20/2024, $32/ yard of compost fill dirt. 5/25/2024, After the dust clears and a month later. I will now be raking the stone out of the soil. I am assuming the screening was a coarse screen, not fine. FILL DIRT is what you get.

This place won't allow you to self load a half yard or single yard of mulch, gravel, dirt, etc. Mains Landscaping DOES allow self loading of your purchase. Just go to Mains if you have an enclosed trailer or van for hauling your landscape supplies.
