I recently ordered ten 1x4x8 cedar boards that I was going to put on a shed for trim. I had to use the Alamagodo store because the Ruidoso store is still closed due to recent flooding. These boards have regularly been in stock in Ruidoso, not so in Alamagordo. The cost per board was $8.65. The boards were wrapped together when I picked them up. When I started to use them, half of them were bowed and/or crooked. Today, I contacted the person who placed my order to express my displeasure. I asked if I could return some of the boards and I was told, "No, it was a special order." I have an account with this company and have made many purchases over the past couple of years, but this experience, although of minimal expense, has been extremely negative for me.

Wondered if this establishment cares about putting the customer first. Had a problem with a special order window and it took several messages with various employees to get a call back from somebody. All I wanted to know is that someone is working on the problem instead of taking messages and nobody letting me know whats going on/or not. Once somebody called me back, we worked out possible corrections to the problem.. I think if somebody had at least acknowledged that if somebody had forwarded me to the correct person in the beginning, then things would have been a more favorable rating.
