Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Except the customer service. Had to use this service 2x, the one person, the first time, does communicate so you need to ask tons of questions to figure out wants happening. The second time, today, had the same person, again had to ask questions and there was another lady there started to talk to me sternly, completely rude. I still didn't get my questioned answered. I almost don't want to come back to this store because of that person.

Good prices, friendly staff and always a clean store. Never a shortage of useful stuff, random finds and hidden treasures here either. Plus of course there's that 11% rebate... Ya really can't go wrong!🙂

Love shopping here find what i need and at a very good price my husband likes that i love this store to go with him to shop for things just in the last three weekd we bought new toliet that was on sale when needed and a great price and then carpet for my living room great size and price and also now a new faucet for kitchen and whole lot of concrete to redo basement and walls love shopping here and the prices are great

The gate lady was not friendly, did not help at all, stood on her phone, finally came out then took our receipt went back into hut, came back out handed us our paper & said ok opened gate..did not offer any info where to go or anything! Customer service goes along way!!

Submitted a claim on a custom door with several issues; door color was described as dark oak but came in a mossy green and there are several trim pieces missing exposing the joints between the door fre and the side lights. Returned to Oshkosh store monthly and having employees send repeated follow up emails with no response. I'm not sure how else to contact someone at Menards for help with this issue.
