Pioneer Landscape Centers

I’ve used this company many times in the past with no issues. Now I cannot get a delivery or communication to save the day. Day 1 Delivery was a no show. I just out right blipped from their system. Called to ask what the issue was, and they didn’t have an answer. Day 2 and my schedule window goes by. I call to find out what is going on. Was left on hold for 35mins. I called back to an immediate answer of the phone, and an immediate transfer to be told they are delayed. I am no more than 2 minutes from this place and cannot seem to get a delivery. Absolutely insane. It’s a shame. They were a company that was my neighbor. They’ve poured countless stone and dirt for me. I have given many a dollar. They wasted two days of my time. Shop else where.

I was scheduled for a morning delivery. I was told at 7:10am delivery was scheduled from 7:30 to 11:30! At 11:00 I called because I still had not got a call or text about my load! I was told driver was clear out in Hyland Greens and traffic was bad! Called back a third time and the man that answered the phone asked me not to yell at him when I was talking sternly not yelling! Manager out to lunch with still no time for my delivery! I have man power wiring a rented machine and have been loosing money over this! Called a different store ask for a corporate telephone no number but the Broomfield office helped me out no questions asked!!! Northglenn bad news do not go there!!!!!!

We have used Pioneer for over 20 years at various times and this last visit has been the worst experience we have ever dealt with. I was double charged on my first order. Once I caught it, they refunded it. My first scheduled delivery was never met. They refunded my delivery fee. The second rescheduled delivery two days later was over 2 hours late. Last but not least, my delivery of rock had more compost, sand and dirt than the rock I ordered. Their “quality” department was quite simply a joke. I sent pictures of the delivery and pictures throughout the process of shoveling out the mess they delivered and he said “what’s the problem? You got your rock order didn’t you?” saying that 20-30% dirt is acceptable in their terms. Clearly, from the many pictures i sent them, my delivery was 60-70% dirt. I will never use them again and highly recommend others to go elsewhere. I appreciate the response from the owner , but as I stated, I contacted the "Quality" department and sent many photos with absolutely no help from Michael. These guys are amazing. My wife and I finished our new home’s side yard with Pioneer’s materials (base soil, decomposed granite, river rocks, artificial turf and infill) and their customer service was excellent and their prices were better than all others we’d compared them to. Would absolutely recommend Pioneer, as well as their great staff (Larry, Tony and all of the other office staff and friendly delivery truck drivers).

Love this place. Its super close to my home. Very reasonable prices. Seems as though they decreased their stock inside. Not a big selection of miscellaneous items like landscaping fabric, pins, other items. Its very convenient for me. Only been in twice this season and staff is so so. Previous summer staff were great!
