Lost my order the first time and failed to show up. They finally found my order and got a truck out a couple hours late. Had workers I was paying standing around. They did end up not charging me the delivery fee that time. Today I had arranged for another 10 yards of gravel. Talked to the driver about dropping part of it in a pile and then dropping the rest as he moved down my 80 foot driveway. I've had this same thing done a few times and even the driver said it was NOT a problem. Apparently, their truck is not working correctly and the entire load ended up in one huge pile, blocking my ability to get in or out of my garage/driveway. I've been shoveling and moving loads for the past 4 hours and am only about 1/2 way done. Not what I expected and I called to complain. I was told the material was delivered and their is nothing they can do. I will NEVER refer this company again, as I have in the past. My time is worth way more than the little bit I saved in cheaper material. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

Everyone that I worked with was extremely helpful and friendly, the driver was on time and went out of his way to help spread the material when unloading. Saved me hours of labor. Great prices, great service, I would highly recommend doing business with Shelving, they have earned my repeat business

The order I placed looked nothing like what I received, but after talking with the owner about my concerns, he went above and beyond to correct this mistake. He did more than necessary to make me whole again! I genuinely appreciated his understanding, and his tactics to repairing the problem fast! I would recommend them and will be using them again!

Had a great experience with this company. Good product, they were fast with delivery both times, driver was easy to work with and price was better than anywhere else. Recommended and will use again.
