The Scale house people are as helpful as my blind aunt when it comes to directions in the pit. Also they decide to be ECO FEIRNDLY and only have 1 pay loader in the entire yard so get out a nice book and relax your going to be here a LONG TIME for a load.

I placed my first order because they had lower prices than the usual company I deal with... big mistake! I didn’t consider posting a negative review because the girls on the phone weren’t that friendly or the driver calling me at work and repeatedly telling me it was going to be hard to get into my driveway. I wasn’t sure how to even respond to that and eventually told him, just cancel the order. When I got home from work, the order was delivered where I placed the cones though. The final straw was that the stone had an ENORMOUS amount of dirt and other rock in it. Then I called to speak with a manager, was transferred to a sales rep’s voice mail, and never got a call back. You get what you pay for!

Before they Blast they now call me and let me know so I can prepare myself for the "earthquake like" experience. I appreciate that (I've lived on Phenix Ave 25 years..had many broken windows).
