Would have given 5 stars but I had 8 yards of dirt delivered, and the driver left it halfway up my driveway on a hill because he didn’t want to go further back. With rain in the forecast, leaving the dirt on a slope is not ideal. He argued that the truck wouldn’t fit, but it clearly could have. He mentioned the few tree branches were blocking his view, so I offered to trim them back, which would have taken just a minute because it was honestly nothing, but he refused to wait. Other than that all was good.

I have used them twice, and I wouldn't dare think of going anywhere else. When they received in a shipment of what was supposed to be the white river rock, Matt called me before sending it over saying he didn't think it was a very good match to what I had already purchased. He then called me 2 months later when the correct shipment came in, and we were able to complete our project. My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the level of service and professionalism!

I'm a life-long customer, now... Once I learned (and personally confirmed) that SLM has the best prices, I stopped going to other suppliers. In addition to this, they are always quick to load my truck and answer any questions I have. I often need split loads (half yards of 2 different materials) and they make short work of that too.

These guys are awesome and very good about working up quotes over the phone. If you are buying bulk, call them up for a quote- they also offer delivery. I will admit that landscaping materials are more expensive for private individuals trying to DIY without the help of a landscaping company... but it's always nice to support a small business owner for a big project and still save some money in comparison to lowes and/or home depot. I do wish that they carried landscaping timber and xl stepping stones, but other than that, they have a pretty good selection.

Great company to do business with. Had 10yrds of limestone screenings dropped off & material was awesome. Driver was very courteous & did a great job hitting the target of drop zone in driveway. Thanks guy see Ya soon!
