Walmart Supercenter

Employee Kelsey, rude, and smart mouth got in my face. I'm a senior since when is an employee allowed to be so disrespectful. Apparently, you have no code of conduct in your store. Thank goodness my husband didn't hear hear or she would have gotten a lesson on respect. If she was this rude to me how does she talk to her mother.

I phoned this store 5 times and let it ring and ring…. NO ONE answered the phone… for Customer Service….You are a business!!! Put the proper people in place to do a job….Everyone knows when a business is to be ran that the phones need to be answered. The last time I called I opted in to reach the bakery…last attempt to speak to someone with a real quick question… Kari answered immediately… way to go Kari!!!! For doing the right thing… Mineral Wells Walmart Do Better!!! I don’t know who the GM is there but hopefully this gets read by you. This should be at the top of every associates list of priorities... If you hear the phone ringing anywhere throughout the store… Answer It! It IS your job… you are in the goods & service industry. Best ~Kimberly

Walmart is sooooooo not watching their attitude towards other people 😒 🙄. I am hearing 😑 😒 🙄 😐 😤 impaired, and they won't speak up. They get aggravated when you make returns. Ordering from Walmart is also hard. Walmart t is free shipping, but you watch they get a product from elsewhere 🤔 🙄 😒 and the shipping fee is outstanding high

I changed my oil today and the employee Matthew In the auto center was rude from the start not polite at all! He saw me waiting didn’t acknowledge me , skipped over me knowing I was waiting for 15 min at least nothing! Then when I finished he tossed my paper at me. I’m not sure but he seemed to not like my interracial relationship he kept making nasty faces at us. Very inappropriate I will never bring my car back there again id rather pay the 30$ extra at Nissan

I am not a cashier and I am sick of watching employees stand and watch me. If you think I'm doing something wrong , you're probably right ! Family Dollar does it right !
