Greeters are always nice and staff is okay. Like everywhere, some of the staff are a pleasure to interact with and there are some that make you wonder why they are in customer service. They always need more self check outs open. I get you don't want to hire more cashiers but there's no reason for people to wait to check themselves out when there are unused registers. They are remodeling so things can be difficult to find but the walmart app is pretty up to date with where they are moving things.

Worst experience. Ordered curbside pickup for a specific time. Order was delayed, no big deal they get busy. Was then notified the order was ready. Great. I actually contacted Walmart before I left to make sure it was ready since initially it was delayed. Was assured, oh yes it's ready come on up. Get to store and check in. I'm there for 40 minutes and have not seen 1 person working pickup. Get concerned. Called the store and check in number 7 times. No one answered. Okay. Guess I'll contact walmart.com chat. They said go inside and go to customer service, your order is ready in the system. Go inside. Customer service says yes it in the system it will be out soon. Okay. I can wait. Well after 1.5 hours total and being told I can't "uncheck in" and leave, I go back in the store. There are numerous people at this point waiting and not understanding where the curbside employees are as no one has been working the curbside area. I am told again, there's a half hour left I see your order it will come out. Well, after over 2 hours total, the order never came out and I went back in the store to be told sorry you'll have to come back tomorrow. A few points, I contacted them ahead of time willing to reschedule. I was assured it was ready. How can you make someone wait over 2 hours and then close the dept and say oh too bad come back tomorrow? When I called this morning as instructed to contact manager Christine, I was given the run around. Oh we can't find your order, or it won't be ready until 6 pm tonight. How? When you already confirmed it was ready and exchanged substitutions I was emailed about? Had to contact corporate to get my order canceled and get my money back. Absolutely the worst location I have ever been too. What's even worse is when I went into customer service to check last night, they could see the timers on their phones of how long customers had been checked in. We were all in red and over 60 minute wait times. Not one employee could care. No one bothered to address the issue. What is wrong with people? I would have gladly rescheduled instead of being continously lied to that it was ready and to continue waiting. Only to end up needing to cancel the order so I could go shop somewhere else. Ridiculous. Fire everyone and start over.

Good experiences are few and far between with the pickup service. Over 50% of my orders aren't complete due to incorrect/lack of inventory. Not a horrible place on the inside and I'm sure the current remodel will improve the shopping experience. Hopefully it will improve accuracy, speed and customer service, also.

Waited over an hour for my pictures and a dude who had no idea working there asked what I was waiting on and I told him and he just stared into absolutely nothing and said our machine is down you may just want to go up to customer service cause they donโ€™t listen to what I say. Thank God Iโ€™m only visiting right now.

The cashier was licking her fingers to unstick every bag ๐Ÿคข and touching my purchases. The store was crowded with merchandise and hard to navigate, kept having to apologize to other shoppers because we almost collided since we couldn't see each other. Also, Walmart was out of most party supplies. Not sure if they are redoing those aisles, but hardly anything there.
