First off. The place is open, clean and organized leaving plenty of room to navigate truck and trailer. Polite smiling faces in the office who seem happy instead of inconvenienced by your service. I was only purchasing one pallet and the machine couldn’t go on my trailer so those guys loaded me up by hand quick. I will return

My company has made a few purchases here and they have good prices but when I bought compost for sod it had big wood chips in it so I called back to get clarification on whether it would still work with my sod project. The lady, who claims her name is Jasmine, hung up on me and I had to call back twice to get through. When I did get through, she answered and had an attitude. If you burn your customers you will burn your business. If you don't want to answer questions about the product you are selling maybe you are in the wrong business and/or you should get rid of people that treat your customers badly. RIDICULOUS!

If you are ok with unfriendly faces & attitudes, then ok. It's also better to pick up your order so you can put eyes on exactly what you are getting. The experience for me was unpleasant, so I'll go elsewhere next time.

First time customers, and we were very satisfied! We were a little skeptical at first because we weren’t able to get anyone to answer the phone before arriving, but when we arrived it was clear it was simply because they were so busy. Sod is sold by the pallet or half pallet for Bermuda. Prices are reasonable. Even at 7am with it being busy, we were in & out in less than 30 minutes. The guy loading sod was super efficient. Got home & the sod looked great!
