I HAVE UPDATED THIS POST - AT THE END: This review breaks my heart. Last year, DMI did a phenomenal job completely replacing my steep driveway with a super thick layer of asphalt and created a drainage ditch to control the runoff that destroyed the original driveway. They started on a Wednesday and finished paving early on Friday. AT THAT TIME, I was told that I was owed 1 more load of big stone to fill the new drainage ditch to protect the new drive. I was promised that this stone would be delivered and installed, but that he had another elderly couple down the street and they were leaving to do that job before the weekend. He said he'd be back in 10 days at most to inst the additional stone in the ditch. I asked, "Guaranteed?". YES. As contract terms called for payment upon completion and this was a very small, although important, part of the job and since I had a bank check for the final payment, I gave it to him. HONESTY should be the basis of all business dealings. DON'T believe them! I've left numerous messages over the past 10 months BEFORE posting this, to no avail. My $28,000 drive is beginning to undercut. I SHOULD HAVE held the check! 11/21/24 update. Joel finally followed through and installed the balance of my drainage stone. It is NOW the beautiful, functional driveway that I expected from day one. Thank you.

Joel and his crew did an awesome job on my driveway. My driveway has a circle to it with twists and turns and a drop down around back with a turnaround and angles/pitches all working against each other. I'm quite particular and a perfectionist so I know I had high expectations from the start and Joel absolutely nailed it. My driveway looks great. When the owner is out running equipment and working with his crew, you know he takes pride in the work being done and striving for the best. The salesman Ron was there as well and was a good communicator and good to work. We had a little hiccup with some Tac getting where it wasn't supposed to but without hesitation the guys took care of. I absolutely would recommend Joel and his crew to anyone.

My driveway was destroyed in the recent flooding. DMI was not only prompt and professional but understanding of my situation. The work crew had very positive energy during the entire process. I would recommend to anyone.
