Rawson Materials - Plant 7

Went to pick up 2 cu yds of 3/4" stone today, 2.75 ton. The loader operator (when he got off his phone) loaded me with 4.5 tons, guess he couldnt read the bucket scale in the loader. then he proceeds to dump stone all over the gate, guess he couldnt get the 9' bucked in the 9.5' bed????? and loads the whole thing on the drivers side!!! rather than keep the roadway clean he stays on his phone and I pick up a 5" stone between the rear tires on the drivers side, prob would have spit it out if the truck was loaded correctly. Dont ya know after getting off the scale the truck spits the stone and dents my new F550.The loader operator manager tried to convince me it was my fault. I have a big job coming up rite down the street from them and I will not be spending 10 cents with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was looking for specific gravel (for a chicken run) and was helped by Lara, who made suggestions and provided examples of what was offered at Plant 7. She provided me with a sample and I made a purchase the following week. Lara also helped me with delivery services. Great experience, helpful staff.

I’m giving you one star because I think your automated system is going to be aggravating. The lady at the pay window is always great. She is the only reason I come to your gravel pit over and over because she’s so pleasant.
