Cook Builders Supply

Used to be a great place with plenty of stock not much anymore. Went in yesterday to buy a good amount of stone didn't even get into the showroom a sales lady was outside I asked her a question she was very rude and had an attitude. I left and went to Ondricks in Chicopee bought $6k in stone from a very helpful and friendly salesman.

The fellas in the yard were helpful, however the staff in the showroom left a bit to be desired. They had difficulty in quoting prices for the products they sell and eventually told us we should come back another time. We decided to purchace from another business instead

Selection is very slim, the sales people are kind of just there not wanting to do much.

They have lots of different types of blocks and displays in so many different patio designs. It's worth the stop.

I'm not a contractor or mason so trying to explain what I was looking for was a little difficult but the staff did there best to listen and try and help.
