The owner was very polite and helpful. She loaded the trailer right over the double axes (most places don’t care how they load your trailer). Price for #6 limestone was less expensive than Earth-N-Woods (save me 25%). Definitely will go back.

6 seperate loads 4 tons each. I picked the materials up with a personal dump truck. The loader was accurate with loading request. Pricing was fair and product loading was quick. We we able to get in and out quickly. Best of all my truck wasn't covered in mud when we left like most places are. All materials had clean paths to drive to with ample room for maneuvering our vehicle. Customer service was phenomenal. Thanks guys!

We have used them many times and they always have been very prompt and courteous, and the driver has always gone beyond our expectations in making the job easier for us! A five star rating is well deserved!

I spoke to the office "assistant" on the phone on two different occasions to confirm the price and ability to mix two different grades of grave together on the same delivery. On both occasions I was told this would not be a problem. When I went to pay and set up a delivery date the woman was uninterested and proceeded to tell me they stopped mixing loads. It was busy and I had already stated that I was told I could mix loads, so I said thank you and left. This is very unprofessional as my client had already been given an estimate and paid for the service, now I have to pay to do this job instead of making a few dollars. I will use all other companies in the area before I resort to Heiser Sand & Gravel again which had been my #1 place to go for 16 years.
