I came in with a small bucket of the existing rock that I had in my landscaping which was already there when I purchased my home and they were able to find me an exact match! The staff was very helpful and was able to determine how much I needed based on the area I had to fill and recommended the exact number of bags I needed!!

They don't have a partial knowledge of the inventory on their own site. And then after you pay, they ask if replacing it with another product works for you. The worst experience I had that led me to write a review is the following - After they sold a highland pewter retaining wall blocks to me and was waiting for them to be delivered, they told me they only have a few but then they also sold those to another customer. Below this is my response to the store's reply: The companies reply doesn't address my complaint because of the following reasons: - The blocks were sold to me and until I agree to replace them with another product, they are mine and I can use them as I see them fit. - Your store agreed to receive the payment upon delivery as agreed in the attached invoice. Bringing this up as the reason why you sold the items to another customer is disappointing and is a lame excuse.
