These people are priced gouges You can get the same gravel a few miles away for $30 less per ton they're charging $90 when everyone else is charging $60 for the same exact gravel needless to say I pulled in and left I was going to get mulch and a bunch of other stuff from there and I thought they'd made a mistake when I call ahead to ask if they had any 3/8 Santa Fe brown in stock They told me yes come on in I get there they're out They had me drive all the way from El Dorado to there only to be out of what I called ahead to ask for poor customer service then to find out they were price gouging I was still going to buy some of that gravel but there was none, definitely earn this one star and definitely earned this business never coming back there again. EDIT after owner response. You lied to me, the guy up front tried to say it's been $90 for years, which is a lie, I just bought some. One of the ladies you asked me to reach out to next time was the one gouging and insisting it's $90 I already asked if you could do a better price, the answer was NO. Buying it from Classic City Rock today. $30 cheaper.

Communication for the gravel delivery was good; the problem was when the truck delivered the gravel it was leaking oil and left a pathway of oil the entire way up my paver driveway....spent hours trying to clean it up immediately after the delivery and the oil stains are still there. very disappointing.

Outstanding customer service! Was passing through town and called to see if they had the gravel I was looking for, which they did. With less than an hour left before they closed, on a weekend, they were incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of amazing landscaping products, but their smiling faces, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service are a breath of fresh air, and a rare find these days!! I will be back, and recommend anyone looking for any type of landscape or rock product to visit these ladies!!

Vicki is the most professional person I have dealt with regarding any sub contractor in Santa Fe. Invited me out to take a look at the product even though we are just a homeowner buying rock for our personal property. The quality and price cannot be beat and they delivered exactly when they said they would. The driver was polite. Everyone at this company was polite. Sorry, but in 2021, that was a surprise compared to most any other business we have done business with. Definitely will be back and refer our neighbors to them. This is where you want to buy rock of any kind for sure.

I placed an order with a local competitor and they did not deliver. I then contacted Southwest and they not only bent over backward to accommodate a delivery to me on Friday before a holiday, but gave me a discounted delivery price and reduced the cost of my gravel to match the price I was quoted by the other company. I was able to get my gravel delivered on Friday and installed before the Monday holiday thanks to them fitting me into their delivery schedule. I will continue to return to Southwest for all my stone and gravel needs. They are the best!
