Terrible experience. I own a hardscaping company located in Atlanta. We order a lot of material everyday. We ordered 3 tons from this store & they gave us maybe 2 closer to 1.5. Don’t order from here, they are taking peoples money & running with it. Don’t trust delivery, especially from this company. Manager argued over the phone demanding it was 3 tons & it would fit in the bed of a pick up truck. 3 tons definitely won’t fit in a truck. Maybe 2 will. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Horrible! You got me once, never again. I ordered 6x6’s for delivery. At least 1/4 of my order was damaged either by forks from the forklift or large wedges cut on the ends. No returns is what I was told. I didn’t see any signs up or anything on the receipt stating no returns. I wish I had read their reviews before I bought anything. $500 lesson learned.
RIPOFF!!! Did NOT get what I paid for!!! I ordered 12 yards of their flower mix because that's the most they told me that they could fit in a truckload. When the truck arrived, it was about half full. At BEST we got 6 yards of soil. So in essence, we paid twice at much for half the soil that we needed. When I called to ask about it, I was told that it was 12 "scoops". They must have used a 1/2 yard scoop because I did NOT get 12 cubic yards. Very dissatisfied. I will not use this service again and recommend that others don't as well.
Ordered a pallet of bermuda from here since I was in a time-pinch - big mistake. Installer picked up and right off the bat told me it was low-to-mid grade (probably what contractors would use on a new home). Beyond that, about 15-20% of the pieces were infested with weeds. My installer was kind enough to install them all in one area so I could replace them more easily. Went back to the store this morning and explained the situation and asked if I could get some pieces replaced. Was told 'no, we only do whole pallets' but let me get someone else. Ok.... so about 5 minutes goes by and another person comes out. Explain the situation to him and he is immediately irate. Told me all grass has weeds (not true, Atlanta Turf Grass and Super Sod have almost NO weeds), then told me to spray it (cannot spray new sod for at least 3 weeks), and then told me just to let the weeds grow. I told him I would again appreciate pieces to be replaced or a partial refund (which would have only been maybe $40, and doesn't even account for the money I lost on the installer and pickup). Instead, he cursed at me. I told him I have no choice but to file a CC dispute, and he literally responded 'Well I have your address and I'm going to come take my product back." Pretty baffled here since the situation could have been resolved so easily. Instead, I think it's one of the worst service experiences I've had in years. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere the specializes in grass and has employees/owners who care.
